Bridal Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bridal hair and/or makeup services provided by Beauty by Beverley Ann. Your personalised quote and booking confirmation will list the agreed services, locations, timings and total price.
Booking and payment
Quotes are valid for seven days and are subject to availability. A booking fee of 20% of the agreed wedding-day services, with a minimum of £50, is required to reserve your date. It will be deducted from your final balance. Your booking is confirmed when the fee has been received and I have confirmed it in writing.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding. Any separately quoted preview fee is payable as stated in your quote.
Bridal preview
Your quote will confirm whether a bridal preview is included or charged separately. Any additional preview appointments will be priced in your quote. Previews are usually held on weekdays, around six to eight weeks before the wedding, subject to availability.
Please provide a clean, well-lit space with access to electricity. A preview booking does not reserve your wedding date.
Travel and location
Any applicable travel fees will be included in your personalised quote, based on the trial, getting-ready and wedding locations you provide. Parking, tolls and venue access charges will be included where known.
If a location changes after booking, additional travel or access charges may apply. I will confirm any change in cost with you before adding it to your balance.
Wedding-day arrangements
Your quote will confirm any applicable early-start fee, accommodation requirement or minimum booking value.
I will agree a schedule with you before the wedding. Everyone receiving a service must be ready at their agreed time, and a suitable clean working area with adequate space and lighting must be provided. Additional services or changes are subject to availability and may cost extra.
Cancellations and changes
Please email me if you need to cancel or change your booking. The following schedule sets the maximum cancellation amount that may be charged:
More than eight weeks before the wedding: up to the booking fee.
Between eight and four weeks before the wedding: up to 50% of the remaining balance.
Less than four weeks before the wedding: up to the remaining balance.
The amount charged will reflect services already provided, reasonable costs incurred, the time available to rebook and any replacement booking. I will take reasonable steps to reduce any loss. The charge will not exceed my reasonable direct loss; any excess payment will be refunded. A fee for a preview that has already taken place remains payable.
Changes and rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may affect your quote. Reductions requested within eight weeks of the wedding may not reduce your balance where costs have been incurred or arrangements made.
If illness or circumstances beyond my control prevent me from attending, I will make reasonable efforts to arrange a replacement with your agreement. If I cannot, I will refund payments for services I cannot provide.
Health and photographs
Please tell me about any allergies, sensitivities or relevant medical conditions before your services. Services may be declined if a contagious condition presents a health risk.
I will ask your permission separately before taking or using identifiable photographs for my portfolio, social media or marketing. You can decline without affecting your booking.
Nothing in these terms limits any legal rights or responsibilities that cannot be excluded.
