Terms & Conditions – Beauty by Beverley Ann
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. The booking fee amount will be confirmed at the time of booking and is deducted from the final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid prior to or on the day of the appointment via bank transfer or cash.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry and may be subject to change if details are altered.
Minimum Booking Requirement
A minimum booking value applies to peak dates (including weekends). This will be confirmed at the time of enquiry and is required to secure and reserve your date.
Cancellations & Amendments
The booking fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Any reductions in services after booking will not reduce the agreed booking value.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment may be subject to the full booking fee.
Amendments to your booking can be requested at any time and are subject to availability.
Travel
Beauty by Beverley Ann is a mobile service.
Travel within the local area is included. Travel beyond this may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed and agreed prior to booking.
Appointments outside of the local area are subject to availability.
Location & Setup
A suitable working area must be provided at the booking location. This should include sufficient space, a clean and safe environment, and ideally natural light with access to power where possible.
Additional lighting may be used if required.
Timing
A schedule will be agreed prior to the booking. All members of the party must be ready at their allocated time to ensure a smooth and timely service.
Allergies & Health
Clients must inform Beauty by Beverley Ann of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the appointment.
If any member of the booking party is unwell, experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, or has tested positive for an infectious condition, this must be communicated as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
Unforeseen Circumstances
In the unlikely event that Beauty by Beverley Ann is unable to attend due to illness or circumstances beyond control, every effort will be made to arrange a suitable replacement. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
Photography
Photographs may be taken and used for portfolio, social media, and marketing purposes.
If you do not wish for images to be used, please inform Beauty by Beverley Ann in writing prior to the appointment.
Personal Details
Client details collected at the time of booking will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
Occasional emails may be sent regarding services and updates. You may opt out at any time.
