Payment
A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance can be paid either before your appointment or during your appointment via bank transfer or cash.
Your quote is valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise and is based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. Any applicable travel fees will be confirmed prior to booking.
Cancellations and Change of Date
The deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned if the booking is cancelled at any time.
If I need to cancel my services for any reason, a full refund will be provided within 72 hours. I will also make recommendations to help you source a new makeup artist, hair stylist, beauty therapist.
Workplace Requirements
As Beauty by Beverley Ann is a mobile service, your booking will be carried out at your chosen address. Please ensure there is sufficient, clean, and safe working space, including a flat area for setup. Ideally, this space should have natural light and nearby power sockets. If needed, a ring light or additional lighting may be used.
Allergies
You must inform Beauty by Beverley Ann of any allergies before the service to prevent the risk of reactions.
Illness & Health
If you or any member of the booking party is unwell, experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, or has tested positive for an infectious condition, please inform Beauty by Beverley Ann as soon as possible so alternative arrangements can be discussed.
Travel
Beauty by Beverley Ann is a mobile service.
Travel within my local area is included. Travel beyond this may incur an additional fee, which will be confirmed prior to booking.
Any applicable travel charges must be agreed before the appointment takes place.
Appointments outside my local area are subject to availability.
Amendments
You can request amendments at any time by emailing Info@beautybybeverleyann.co.uk.
If the number of services increases, an additional deposit may be required.
Photographs
Photographs may be taken and shared on social media or used for marketing purposes at a later date. If you do not wish for any photos to be shared, please inform me.
Personal Details
Details collected at the time of booking include your name, email address, telephone number, home address, and other relevant information.
These details will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
Occasional emails may be sent from Info@beautybybeverleyann.co.uk. Please let me know if you wish to opt out of this mailing list.
